  • Current college students and recent graduates—within one year for internships, within five years for associate roles—from underrepresented backgrounds. Every candidate is pre-vetted and pre-qualified before they ever reach you.

  • You submit position profiles through the Script portal. We match candidates based on skills, field of interest, and fit. You receive up to three matches for intern roles and up to six for associate roles. From there, you run your standard interview process.

  • Associate positions are free to post. Internship partnerships and additional benefits are available through our tiered plans, starting à la carte. Reach out and we'll find the right fit for your company.
